Terms of Service

1. The service

Postakt (postakt.de) is operated by Jakob Neudeck, Alex-Wedding-Str. 3, 10178 Berlin. It lets you upload videos, schedule them and publish them to your own TikTok accounts through TikTok's official API. Postakt is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

2. Your account

You log in with TikTok. You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own or are allowed to manage. You are responsible for everything posted through your Postakt account.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your videos. You give us permission to store and transfer them only as needed to post them for you. You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and must have the rights to everything you post, including music.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Plan limits are shown on the pricing page.

5. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

You can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days without giving a reason by emailing info@postakt.de. If you asked us to start the service during this period, you pay a share for the time already used.

6. Availability

We work hard to post every video on time, but we depend on TikTok's API. If TikTok rejects or delays a post, we show you the status and the reason when TikTok gives one.

7. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

8. Ending the contract

You can stop using Postakt and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or TikTok's rules.

9. Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protection from the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
